Business Assistant at Moodro

We are Moodro, a team developing cutting-edge solutions for countering drones. Our technology provides 10 times the range of standard electronic warfare (EW) systems and has already saved thousands of lives on the battlefield.
We are looking for a Business Assistant to support our American advisor. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at researching and structuring information, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Research industry events such as exhibitions, conferences, and closed networking opportunities
- Identify and analyze technology startups for potential investment or partnership
- Manage communication with international partners
- Plan and coordinate travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and logistics
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports
- Conduct in-depth research, structure information, and provide insights
Requirements
- English proficiency (B2 or higher), as the role involves communication with international contacts
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Trello, etc.)
- Relevant experience is a plus but not mandatory
