Adler is not just a restaurant, but a real world of gastronomic art and refined style. We are looking for a responsible, organized and creative assistant manager who will become part of our team and help implement ambitious ideas and high service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Organizational support of the manager in everyday work.
- Coordination of the work of the restaurant staff.
- Keeping business documentation, drawing up reports.
- Control of the performance of assigned tasks.
- Participation in the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Communication with partners and suppliers.
- Control over compliance with quality and service standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in the restaurant industry or in a similar position will be an advantage.
- High level of organization, responsibility and stress resistance.
- Ability to work in a team and manage a team.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of the restaurant business.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Confident use of a PC (MS Office, CRM systems).
