We are looking for a manager with at least six months of experience in a similar position or in other administrative positions, who is familiar with modern tools for systematization and information retrieval. Who has experience with the CRM system and with fluent English (written and spoken).
This position is perfect for you if you have:
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Ukrainian, Russian, English);
- Advanced knowledge of information presentation;
- Ability to effective time management, an additional plus is the presence of relevant experience in personnel selection.
The role will involve:
- Participation in briefs with hiring managers and writing a description of the internal brief;
- Creation of a search card with a recruiter (chain of letters and texts). Description of vacancies and formation a list of key competencies for vacancies;
- Posting vacancies in selected search channels and monitoring the relevance of vacancies, updating if it’s necessary;
- Checking responses to vacancies and transferring responses to the recruitment team for work, as well as sending letters to candidates and initial training (letters and zoom calls);
- Active interaction with the recruitment team on all recruitment issues and work with the internal database of candidates.
