Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Consistently meet and maintain Customer Satisfaction, Quality Assurance, and Productivity goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in English and Ukrainian.
- Availability for an 8-hour shift (40-hour workweek) during California, USA (GMT -8) business hours.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- High-speed, stable internet connection.
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of experience with Zendesk.
- 1+ year of chat support experience.
