We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative with good knowledge of English to join our fast developing team.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via calls, email and chat channels, ensuring prompt, helpful, and professional responses.
• Handle escalations and complex cases while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, and tech) to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Issuance of refunds.
• Prepare regular reports.
What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year of experience in a customer support or similar role.
• Upper Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of French/Spanish/Italian will be a plus.
• Experience using Zendesk and Konnektive.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a remote environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
