Keyapp is a Ukrainian product IT company that helps developers worldwide boost organic traffic for their mobile apps on iOS and Android platforms.
What you need to know:
Work schedule: 13:00 PM to 22:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are your time to recharge and relax.
You’re a perfect match if you:
- Speak English fluently (Upper Intermediate or higher). Knowledge of an additional language is a huge advantage, as our clients come from all over the world.
- Have a higher education degree in philology, marketing, or a related field.
- Have at least one year of experience working with clients.
- Are confident working with a PC and Google tools.
- Are an independent, responsible, and proactive individual.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll consult them via chat and email, assist with platform functionality, and forward specific requests to relevant specialists.
- Introduce clients to our referral and bonus programs and keep them informed about promotions and discounts.
- Help clients select the best product promotion strategies on our platform.
- Interact with clients on social media: reply to messages and comments on Facebook, Telegram, and forums.

- Salary: €500–€700 (depending on your experience) + a monthly bonus of €160.
