Requirements:
- Fluent Hindi and English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
- Positive, attentive, and easy-going personality.
- Disciplined, punctual, and responsible mindset.
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
- No prior experience required—we’ll provide full training! Your willingness to learn is what matters most.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming chats and emails, assisting customers with their queries.
- Creating a friendly and professional experience for every customer.
- Resolving issues with a customer-first approach, ensuring their satisfaction.
