Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Individualized analysis of each customer case
- Providing information on company services
- Assisting the client in personal account verification
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge of English at B2+ level
- Ability to work in a team
- Abilities, stress tolerance, desire for development
