Koyfin is a rapidly growing, VC-backed fintech startup looking for a Client Operations Specialist to join a small team of very talented engineers to help scale our product to millions of users. What you’ll do

Customer Support 

  • Provide empathetic customer support via email and help center.
  • Troubleshoot issues, report bugs, and work with Product and Engineering for resolutions. 
  • Share customer insights with the Product team to improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales to manage customer accounts, subscriptions, and upgrades.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

Sales & Operational Tasks

  • Schedule demos and training sessions for clients.
  • Prepare and send invoices; follow up on payments.
  • Manage contracts and updates for enterprise accounts.
  • Track subscription renewals, send notifications, and handle transfers.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, ideally with complex products or in SaaS.
  • Fluent or advanced English communication (written and verbal).
  • Strong product mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and problem-solving approach.

Personal qualities

  • Friendly, collaborative, and a fast learner with a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude.
  • Interest in our product and domain.

Working hours

  • Available to work 9 AM - 6 PM EST to support customers and collaborate with global teams.
