We are looking for a support agent for the Eloboss.net project!
We provide virtual goods and services in online games such as CS2, Valorant, and League of Legends worldwide.
The schedule is 2/2 (3/3), from 11 am to 11 pm, with monthly payouts for the previous month.
Requirements:
- English B2 (There will be a test task).
- Have a basic understanding of online games, how the rating system works, etc.
- Have empathy and willingness to help our clients.
- Be a confident PC user, Google Sheets.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from prospective and current customers via online live chat.
- Process orders, maintain a Google Sheets spreadsheet, and update the range of products on the website.
- Communicate with the rest of the staff to clarify information on order progress, problems encountered, etc.
