We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for KYC option!


Requirements:

— Confident use of Google tools;
— Good communication skills;
— Quick studying, to be ready to work with a big amount of data;
— Client-based mentality;
— Analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Desire to grow in cryptocurrency knowledge.


Responsibilities:

Working with Documentation:
— Verifying provided data in compliance with the NDA.
— Checking the authenticity and conformity of information to established requirements.

Additional Validations:
— Conducting in-depth checks when necessary.
— Comparing data with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Learning New Rules and Updates:
— Continuously studying current regulatory requirements and internal policies.
— Quickly implementing new procedures into daily workflows.

Reporting:
— Maintaining task reports in line with confidentiality policies.
— Analyzing results and providing suggestions for process optimization.

Achieving KPIs:
— Meeting key performance and quality indicators.

Teamwork and Collaboration:
— Cooperating with colleagues to resolve complex cases.
— Supporting the team within the scope of personal competence.

The specialist must pay close attention to detail, adhere to confidentiality standards, effectively handle information, and strive to improve professional skills.

Schedule: 
1st-2nd month with a fixed schedule: 10:00–18:00 Mon–Fri.
— Starting from the 2nd-3rd month: 22:00 — 08:00 2 days / 2 days off (time zone of Ukraine).
