 Key Responsibilities:

  • Customers Support: Coordinate with tracking companies and other businesses providers to ensure seamless clients care and support.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between clients, insurance companies, and the Royal Sevice Pro, inc.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, work with CRM system, upload the documentation into QQ platform.
  • Problem Solving: Address customers inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to ensure a positive customers experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer care strategies.

 Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to the customers interactions.
  • Fluency in English (C1 and upper)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confidency in relevant software and technology.
  • Commitment to maintaining clients confidentiality and privacy.
