Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Advanced English Proficiency: Most of your communication will be in English, so excellent written skills are a must.
  • Experience in Digital Marketplaces (experience with gift cards is a strong advantage): Previous experience in a similar role will set you apart.
  • Key Qualities:

    • Time-management expertise to handle multiple tasks effectively
    • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Current Work Tools: You will handle customer inquiries through a ticketing system, emails, and live chats. Experience with these tools is a plus.
