Key Responsibilities:
- Customers Support: Coordinate with tracking companies and other businesses providers to ensure seamless clients care and support.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and compassionate communication between clients, insurance companies, and the Royal Sevice Pro, inc.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, work with CRM system, upload the documentation into QQ platform.
- Problem Solving: Address customers inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance to ensure a positive customers experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer care strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to the customers interactions.
- Fluency in English (C1 and upper)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confidency in relevant software and technology.
- Commitment to maintaining clients confidentiality and privacy.
