Key responsibilities:
Communication with the client and printing factory: clarifying details of the order, assistance in choosing suitable materials, following up, and updating.
Documentation management
Key requirements:
Client-centered attitude
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Quick learner
Spreadsheets
Focused and able to work remotely
It will be an advantage:
Basic knowledge of the printing industry
Experience in sales and customer service
