We are looking for a Customer Support representative to cope with struggles in the transportation sphere.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer and driver inquiries;
- Resolving issues and complaints;
- Providing shipment updates;
- Managing customer accounts;
- Maintaining customer relationships;
- Control of accompanying documentation;
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, brokers professionally;
- Be aware how to handle late loads and truck breakdowns;
- Know how the ELD mandate works;
- Daily monitoring and analysis of outgoing and incoming communication (e-mail, chat, phone calls).
Requirements:
- Experience in the USA market - 1 year;
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English is required;
- PC proficient (Google Workspace preferred);
- Communication, self-organization, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a stressful/fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player;
- Ability to learn quickly.
