De7 Partner, the partner of a leading IT Consulting Company in Europe, is looking for an experienced, proactive and creative HR Manager to strengthen our HR team. If you are passionate about people, internal communications, and corporate culture and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- HR Brand & Internal Communications – assistance with developing and implementing HR branding strategies, enhance internal communications, and ensure a strong company culture;
- Corporate Culture & Events – assistance with organizing engaging corporate events, team-building activities, and initiatives to boost employee engagement;
- Learning & Development – assistance with coordination internal training programs and support employees in their professional growth;
- Employee Surveys & Feedback – conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys, implement improvements based on feedback;
- Recruitment & Onboarding – support hiring processes, facilitate smooth onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
- HR Policies & Documentation – assistance with developing and updating company policies and HR procedures.
What we expect:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, internal communications, employer branding, or a similar role;
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you love working with people!
- Creative mindset and ability to bring fresh ideas to HR initiatives.
Language:
- Fluent English (B2+) – for internal and external communication.
