AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Talent and Development Manager
Main accountabilities:
Talent & Development
- Adaptation and support of the company's employees in the implementation of the annual People cycle processes (LCM, IDP, OPR) in close cooperation with the centers of expertise and PBPs;
- Development and implementation of intangible achievement recognition programs within the budget (including procurement and control of issuance and accounting of certificates and inventory for employee rewards);
- Organize the Engagement Survey process (twice per year: Pulse, Annual);
- Coordination of talent development programs in the company;
- Learning & Development
- Coordinating the work of the L&D team and agreeing on the training strategy for the company's functions for the year;
- Conducting Leading training for employees;
- Together with the team, developing materials and training formats at the request of colleagues;
- Control over the L&D budget (monthly, annual, including Training Trevel budget planning).
- Internal Communications
- Monitoring the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the year;
- Support the organization of business briefings as needed.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- English – upper intermediate;
- 2-3 years relevant experience;
- Strategic and conceptual thinking, cross functional thinking, factual decision making, strong organizational skills;
- Motivational Leader and Team-Player
- Solid stakeholder and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively influence
- Good negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of PC Office tools, excellent in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Prepared for Business travel.
