Our partner, the Europe’s largest automotive retail company is offering the unique possibility to join the team on one of key positions as HR Officer - Development & Branding
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence;
- Develop and implement EVP strategies to attract and retain talent;
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfactions cores;
- Manage corporate culture and internal communications;
- Organize internship programs and develop university partnerships;
- Actively participate in projects as part of the HR strategy, including taking on sub-project management to support strategic goals
General requirements:
- 2+ years of HR experience, with focus on L&D and/or employer branding;
- Higher education (HR, Marketing, Psychology);
- Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently and within a team;
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva preferred) would be beneficial
- English language proficiency
