We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to lead all local HR activities across our two LEs, Allergan Aesthetics and AbbVie pharma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition support (collaboration with internal recruiters where required, support in Onboarding, ensuring IT accesses are set etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of personnel records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Payroll team by providing accurate employee data, handling payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with salary regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs, training, and performance management.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal HR policies.
- Facilitate HR administrative processes, such as contracts, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications:
- University degree with at least 3 years’ experience in HR administration area in international pharmaceutical company preferred including work with company provided systems, databases, documentation management and payroll.
- Knowledge of local labour legislation.
- Excellent administrative, analytical and data processing skills.
- Capability of handling multiple priorities, thorough attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written/oral communication, presentation skills.
- Excellent Ukrainian and English languages.
- IT conversant.
