For our client, an international company that takes part in the reconstruction of Ukraine, we are looking for candidates for an HR manager/HRBP position.
In this position, you will be:
A People & Culture contact for our Ukrainian entity in Kyiv with a focus on recruitment, HR management, employee orientation, and support, leadership consulting, and team development
Ensuring operational onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, service agreements, absences, payroll
In close cooperation with internal legal and office management support for core administration, e.g. personal data, military register management, and staff list
Deriving local HR strategies in line with the Group requirements and establishing HR processes and policies for sustainable company growth
Cooperating with the local external payroll service provider and other local partners
Ensuring employee-centred and cultural approach from a group perspective
Building and maintaining digital processes as a tool admin
Tracking and reporting of HR-KPIs to the Group management.
Qualification criteria:
Studies in human resources, business administration, business psychology, or a similar field
Professional experience as a generalist/ HR business partner, ideally in a manufacturing company
Profound knowledge of all phases of the employee life cycle from both a strategic and operational perspective
Expertise in Ukraine labor law and the administration and scaling of digital tools and processes
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud applications
“People first” mindset with a strong service mentality, process thinking, and solution orientation
Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, quality awareness, and collaborative teamwork
Fluent both in Ukrainian and English, German would be a plus.
