We’re looking for a dedicated Customer/Technical Support Representative to join our Canadian healthcare project.
Remote, full-time, long-term
Working schedule:
- 15:30 — 00:00 Sat-Wed Weekends: Thur, Fr
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher);
- Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken, B2 level or higher);
- Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role? Great! But it’s not a must—we'll help you grow!
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
- Create and process support tickets;
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and VoIP phone application issues;
- Work independently to handle telephony-related issues using ServiceNow and collaborate with internal and onshore teams to resolve complex problems
