Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of business applications.
- Document and track issues and resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation of new applications and updates.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, AD, MS SQL, OS Windows), Service Desk / Help Desk
- Experience with Lims, PAS-X, Empower software is desirable
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
