Responsibilities:
Identify, connect with, and screen potential candidates.
Manage the full hiring cycle for various roles (executive positions, business development managers, presales managers, marketing specialists, etc.).
Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer discussions.
Support managers in closing offers and finalizing hiring details.
Create and publish job ads on various job boards, platforms, and professional networks.
Analyze recruitment trends, market conditions, and develop tailored hiring strategies.
Ensure hiring processes align with company values and diversity initiatives.
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
3+ years of recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Strong Boolean search skills and experience with various sourcing tools and job boards.
High ambition, self-motivation, and passion for our mission.
