We are an international product holding company that develops only its own projects in the domains of IGaming, Gambling, Dating etc. Now we are actively expanding and looking for those who are ready to help us find the best specialists all over the world!
Requirements
Experience in recruiting from 1 year;
Experience in recruiting and interviewing IT specialists;
Deep knowledge in CRM systems(PeopleForce, GreenHouse, ZOHO etc);
Experience with tech.vacancies(Developers, QA’s, DevOps etc)
OR
Experience with arbitrage vacancies(Affiliate, Media Buyers, Retention etc);
If you have experience with IT and arbitrage, that’s a big plus!
Responsibilities
Gathering requirements, creating job profiles;
Placement of vacancy announcements on Internet resources;
Working with responses and cold base, active search for candidates, presentation of vacancies;
Conducting initial interviews and interviews;
Evaluation of the candidate, identification of strengths and weaknesses of the candidate;
Control over the candidate's passing through all stages of the interview;
Informing candidates about the results of the interview, inviting them to work;
Maintaining a database of candidates and reporting.
Working conditions
Remote format of work \ Office in Kyiv;
Schedule 5/2 10:00 - 19:00 GMT+3;
