Spendbase is the one-stop shop for optimizing your spending on cloud and software subscriptions.
Our team needs a Customer Support Specialist, who has a startup personality and is flexible, proactive, and creative. We will grow fast together :)
Who you are:
- Upper-Intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
- Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in copywriting/sales will be a plus
What you'll do:
- Negotiate the prices with different vendors for our customers.
- Be creative, we have different deals and programs from vendors and you need to come up with ideas on how we can reduce the costs for customers.
- Manage and add new vendors to our database with information about them and their conditions.
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
- Conduct research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality.
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
