Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support and Operations Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Address customer's and providers' inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information promptly.
- Support all Atob's operations in the platform.
- Assist customers with product/service-related concerns and guide them through problem-solving steps.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Continuously stay updated on our products/services and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Onboard new providers on the AtoB platform: review profiles, deliver training on how to use the AtoB platform and confirm prices.
- Manage provider's daily requests (add / approve new vehicle, request flight number, operational and connectivity issues)
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/email/chat volumes.
- Empathetic, patient, and a great listener.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
