Our client – a European company specializing in aerospace and defense industries is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team in Ukraine.
This is an aerospace technology company founded under the belief that in the future distance shouldn’t matter at all and therefore building the near-space vehicle and the associated infrastructure.
About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by administrating various HR functions. Together with HR and accounting teams HR coordinator will work on recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel and military records. The company is looking for someone who is detail-oriented and highly organized.
Main Responsibilities
• Offer and Contract Management.
• Manage employee records, including maintaining employee information, contracts, and documentation.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process. Coordinate communication with
candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, such as payroll, leave management, and employment policies.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress.
Main Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of HR administration experience, focusing on employee documentation, payroll, benefits, and recruitment support.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Fluent in English. Would be a Plus
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labour laws, experience with military records management.
• Working experience within manufacturing companies.
