Now, we’re looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who will help drive our continued success by supporting our leadership in various tasks essential to business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, your role will involve a variety of tasks to support the company’s day-to-day operations and help our CEO stay on top of things. Here’s an overview of your key responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks, including gathering information, organizing workflows, and helping coordinate internal operations.

• Contribute to marketing efforts by helping to manage projects and campaigns.

• Help manage business processes via task managers, schedule meetings in Google Calendar, track the progress of team tasks, and assist with drafting email responses.

• Serve as a point of contact for communications with contractors and suppliers—ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for leadership to support decision-making.

• Understand and interpret the CEO’s vision and effectively communicate it across the team.

• Push tasks to completion with determination and persistence, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

• Make fast, strategic decisions while maintaining focus and a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Take charge of certain routine personal tasks for the CEO, such as ordering meals, managing cleaning services, and handling other household-related arrangements.

Who We're Looking For:

We’re searching for a dynamic, highly motivated individual who is ready to dive into a fast-paced work environment. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

• Experienced: 2+ years as an Executive PA or in Project Management within the technology (software, IoT, smart hardware), e-commerce, or digital marketing sectors.

• Intelligent and adaptable: You have a high IQ, strong problem-solving skills, and can quickly grasp new concepts.

• CEO-Oriented: You can deeply understand and align with the CEO’s vision, adapting to their style and effectively broadcasting their ideas across the team.

• Highly proactive: You push projects aggressively to completion, making things happen by all possible means.

• Resilient and focused: You thrive in unstable environments, handle stress well, and maintain long-term focus on tasks.

• Creative and goal-driven: You are exclusively focused on the company’s strategic goals and the CEO’s achievements.

• Decisive and quick-thinking: You make rapid decisions and execute them efficiently.

• Emotionally intelligent and empathetic: You understand people and communicate effectively.

• Hungry for growth: You seek new skills, love learning about technology and business, and are eager to evolve professionally.

• Loyal and trustworthy: You value confidentiality and operate with integrity, adhering to NDAs and company policies.

Extra Skills That Would Be Great:

Experience in IT, digital marketing, graphic design, electronics, or project management will be a big plus, though it’s not mandatory.

Location in Poland would be a great advantage, though it’s not a strict requirement.
