As we continue to expand our brand’s online presence, we are seeking a dedicated TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on TikTok Shop and implement strategies that drive traffic and sales through TikTok Shop Ads.


Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic TikTok Shop Specialist to lead the development and optimization of our brand’s presence on TikTok Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our TikTok Shop, setting up and optimizing TikTok Shop Ads, and driving traffic to our page to increase sales. You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure seamless integration of TikTok Shop strategies into our broader e-commerce and marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the TikTok Shop account, including product listings, content creation, and overall shop optimization.

  • Set up and run TikTok Shop Ads, including in-feed ads, shopping ads, and dynamic product ads, to drive traffic and sales.

  • Develop and implement ad strategies tailored to TikTok’s platform and audience to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions.

  • Continuously optimize TikTok Shop performance by analyzing data, monitoring trends, and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.

  • Work with influencers and creators on TikTok to collaborate on product promotions, leveraging TikTok’s creator tools to boost brand visibility.

  • Track ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and adjust ad strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.

  • Coordinate with the product and content teams to ensure TikTok Shop listings are aligned with current campaigns and product offerings.

  • Monitor and keep up with TikTok trends to integrate into product promotions and ads.

  • Test new strategies, ads, and features on TikTok to continuously evolve and improve our TikTok Shop performance.

  • Provide regular reports on ad performance, sales growth, and TikTok Shop activity to management and stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on TikTok’s advertising policies, platform updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms.

  • Strong experience with TikTok Ads Manager, setting up campaigns, and optimizing for performance.

  • In-depth understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, user behavior, and best practices for driving sales and engagement.

  • Experience with influencer marketing on TikTok and leveraging creator partnerships to drive traffic and sales.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and product development.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Creative and adaptable with a passion for keeping up with emerging trends and leveraging them for business growth.
