We need a proactive and hands-on professional who can independently manage advertising campaigns, build a marketing strategy, and drive brand growth. Who We Need
We are looking for a marketing specialist with a strong background in paid advertising and a comprehensive approach to marketing. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling ad campaigns, as well as developing a holistic marketing strategy. Candidates from adjacent fields such as e-commerce marketing, SaaS marketing, and lead generation are encouraged to apply.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Independently handling all marketing activities in the first 6-12 months, without external agencies.
- Gradually scaling campaigns and onboarding freelancers as workload increases.
- Overseeing SMM, content creation, and design, coordinating work with designers and content creators.
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy, conducting market and competitor analysis.
- Communicating with English-speaking partners, contractors, and clients.
- Implementing lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
What You Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience in adjacent fields such as e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to track key metrics, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of marketing, including content, SMM, and design.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) to work with international partners.
- A proactive mindset — you take initiative, propose solutions, and drive results.
- Flexibility and strategic thinking, while being ready to execute hands-on tasks.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
