Main responsibilities and tasks:

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels including PPC advertising (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram).
  • Create targeted assets – banners, landing pages and etc. that align with specific promotional campaigns; ensure they are optimized for conversion through effective use of calls-to-action (CTAs) and persuasive copywriting techniques.
  • Craft compelling product descriptions optimized for search engines using relevant keywords related to OTC medications or wellness products while maintaining brand voice consistency.

E-Commerce:

  • Develop and implement complex e-commerce strategies aimed at enhancing online visibility converted to sales for OTC and IW products across various platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accurate descriptions, and aligned online visualization and listing high-quality images, video content (if applicable), and SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal commercial functions and digital team on enhancements that improve user experience based on customer journey mapping.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the e-commerce space; analyze their strengths/weaknesses to adjust\improve our strategy.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Set up foundations and leverage advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics Suite or specialized eCommerce tracking software to monitor campaigns\placements performance metrics including traffic sources, bounce rates per page/product category conversions over time.
  • Provide actionable insights based upon analytical reviews monthly/quarterly reports detailing performance against KPIs like ROI from ad spend versus revenue generated through those channels.

Collaboration & Compliance:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as regulatory affairs/legal departments ensuring all workflows abide by industry guidelines pertaining specifically towards advertisement claims surrounding medication efficacy/safety
  • Maintain up-to-date records/documentation regarding promotional materials produced within prescribed compliance frameworks stipulated by governing bodies overseeing pharmaceutical advertising practices

What we expect from the candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing space
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram), and crafting engaging assets such as banners and landing pages optimized for conversion
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram)
  • Thrives on creating fresh, innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment
