Our proven technology consistently propels websites to Google's TOP 10 rankings within 3 months for 100+ keywords, regardless of language, location, or competition level. We pride ourselves on using exclusive, safe, and effective SEO tactics, which has led to stable income and long-term relationships with clients, many of whom have been with us for over 5 years.

We are currently seeking for a dynamic Account Manager who is a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who ensures the satisfaction, retention, and success of our clients. Acting as the primary liaison between JettSEO and its clients, the Account Manager excels in building long-term relationships, delivering strategic insights, and ensuring clients achieve their business goals through our services.

Key Responsibilities:

   Client Retention:

  • Proactively maintain relationships with all assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction with JettSEO services.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns promptly to mitigate potential churn risks.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to add value to the client relationship.
  • Meet the retention KPI
     

Strategic Consultation:

  • Regularly consult with clients to understand their business objectives and align our services to meet those goals.
  • Provide tailored SEO strategies and recommendations based on clients’ needs and industry trends.
  • Offer insights on website performance, traffic growth, and lead generation to support their business success.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Schedule and lead regular check-in calls or meetings with clients to provide progress updates and gather feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports highlighting SEO performance metrics, campaign progress, and ROI.
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, ensuring their needs are clearly communicated to the JettSEO team.
     

Happiness Checkpoints:

  • Regularly gauge client satisfaction through direct feedback and surveys.
  • Proactively address any gaps in expectations versus deliverables.
  • Celebrate key milestones and wins with clients to reinforce positive relationships.
     

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with internal teams (SEO specialists, content creators, technical teams) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and strategies to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Identify areas for service enhancement and process improvement based on client feedback.
  • Engage with business owners across diverse markets and niches to better understand their industries and goals.
  • Lead onboarding calls for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional start to the partnership.

Expertise Development:

  • Become an expert in SEO and online marketing, mastering our full product range.
  • Continuously refine your knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and customer relationship management and sales.
     

Documentation and processes:

  • Assist in creating commercial offers tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Manage invoicing and ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
  • Error free financial reporting based on the client's billing 
  • Filling in the Project Management software according to JettSEO' standards

    The role has an option participating in sales, cross sales and up-sales to directly increase the bonus part of the salary. 
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional written and spoken English, German is a plus.
  • 1+ years in client-facing roles in English, preferably within an SEO agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record in client retention and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
