Skills
English is a must, read and write (Upper Intermediate/Advanced)
Experience of facing customers, leading online meetings and presentations
Experience in sales (2 years at least)

Responsibilities
Help new customers get started with the software
Customers onboarding
Leading online meetings and presentations
Constantly have meetings or be in touch with customers
Display and record communication history with customers in CRM (HubSpot)
Responding and handling customer requests in chats, ticket desk and emails
Keep customers engaged and regularly using the product
Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction
Increase customer retention and minimize customer churn (resolve issues before they happen)
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
