Account manager
Main responsibilities:
Communication with clients in foreign languages (for example, English, German, Spanish, French or others) via telephone, email and instant messengers;Consulting clients on the company’s services and products, providing complete information about the cooperation process, product features and resolving issues;Maintaining document flow and reporting on interaction with clients (including CRM systems);Processing and resolving customer requests and complaints, improving their experience with the company;Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, accounting, technical support) to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
Proficiency in foreign languages at the Upper-Intermediate level and above (B2 and above); knowledge of several languages will be an advantage;Experience in customer service, sales, customer support or related areas is preferred;Business communication skills and the ability to adapt to the cultural characteristics of clients from different countries;Confident PC user, knowledge of office programs and skills in working with CRM systems;Developed communication skills, responsibility and attention to detail.
