We are looking for a Influence Marketing Manager

Requirements:

- Influencer Marketing Experience: 2+ year of practical experience in influencer marketing, with successful campaigns;
- Cryptocurrency Market Knowledge: A profound understanding of the cryptocurrency market and its intricacies, enabling the creation of strategies tailored to this unique sector;
- Metrics Orientation: Focused on metrics and performance indicators, capable of identifying and measuring campaign success;
- PR Skills: PR experience with an understanding of key indicators impacting brand recognition.
- Social Media Knowledge: Expertise in utilizing statistical indicators on social media platforms such as - Trading View, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram;
- High-Level Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to package marketing campaigns, develop key messages, and integrate insights into campaigns;
- Strategic Thinking and Analytical Abilities: Ability to implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with business goals and analyze data for strategic decision-making.Would be a plus- Proven experience in launching successful influence campaigns for Fintech products.

Responsibilities:

- Attracting and onboarding new ambassadors:
- Identifying, recruiting, and integrating ambassadors aligned with brand goals and target audiences;
- Building long-term partnerships with ambassadors;
- Coordinating ambassador activities and ensuring their engagement and motivation.

- Recruiting influencers for the affiliate program:
- Developing strategies to attract influencers to the program and analyzing their performance;
- Conducting training sessions to educate influencers on how to maximize the affiliate program.

- Resolving conflict situations:
- Identifying and addressing disputes or issues with influencers and ambassadors;
- Ensuring clear communication to mitigate reputational risks.

Negotiating with content creators regarding ad rates:
- Leading discussions to agree on collaboration terms, including costs and ad formats;
- Optimizing advertising budgets while maintaining high content quality.

- Implementing marketing strategies:
- Creating and executing campaigns with creative ideas, strong key messages, and a "wow factor";

- Analyzing results and decision-making:
- Monitoring KPIs for each campaign and collaboration;
- Evaluating influencer and ambassador performance to refine future initiatives;
- Adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.

- Collaboration with other departments, including legal, financial, and communications, to create 360-degree campaigns.
