
About your new job:
Great opportunity for a strategic Marketing leader to establish and manage our E-Com(B2C)&D-com(B2B) Channels Marketing strategy starting from identifying country channels big bets to the moment when strategy executed at the delight of our customers and by creating unique experiences for our shoppers and consumers in stores.
Reporting to the AH Channel Marketing Manager, this role will work on maximizing the value we generate thru Channel and potential dry ones yet to be activated. Your role uses relevant channel and shopper insights and, by combining the holistic Coke way of doing Channel marketing, designs and executes best in class E-Com(B2C)&D-com(B2B) channels strategy. The role is responsible to plan for execution of the strategy in disciplined manner, holistically and by managing risks and opportunities.
You can be successful in this role if:
- You co-create the Long-Range Plan and annual BP from E-Com (B2C) & D-com (B2B) channels perspective and give the channels vision based on relevant customer and shopper insights and local channels understanding;
- You translate physical activities into digital to build the brand and communication consistency;
You partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to support the digital vision, strategy, features, and prioritization; - You ensure a 360° connection of all offline campaigns to online (including main occasions and TM activities);
- You follow up on Brand/Trade plan and execute brand plans in sync with ATL investment, driven by strategic consumption occasions, trends & shopper needs, and declined for sub-channel and customer specificity;
- You design & execute online shopper activations, drive a customer-centric approach, and build win-win plans to guarantee BP target;
- You collaborate with Brand teams, RGM, and Sales team for strategy and brand guidelines and implement promotions under those guidelines;
- You integrate innovation strategy and NPD pipeline into the E-Com (B2C) & D-com (B2B) channels (insights, consumer & shopper content, customer selling story);
- You apply market insight and knowledge to ensure customers' future needs are identified and met through our products, services, and initiatives;
- You support execution among all E-Com (B2C) & D-com (B2B) customers;
- You track and fix eRED and D-com KBIs (such as ONS, Content, OOO, search, DAM, etc.) daily;
- You analyze market share and digital shoppers data for building future activities;
- You conduct Marketing Channels Analysis per Product/Product Line/Brand/Company/Category;
- You collaborate directly with brand owners and shoppers team for visuals, videos, and all needed digital contents to go live with the catalogue and the campaigns plans.
Our new team member needs to:
- Have a university diploma;
- Have fluent English;
- Have 3+ years of comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations;
- Have strong knowledge of eRetail, D-com & FSA Channels, including dynamics, consumer insights, and trends;
- Have experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics;
- Have learning agility, analytical and strategic thinking.
