We are in search of a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our Talent Acquisition strategies with advanced recruitment marketing methods. This position requires a strong partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to refine marketing campaigns, boost candidate interactions, and utilize digital marketing and AI technologies to attract exceptional talent. Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement email campaigns, multi-channel promotional campaigns, referral campaigns, and events that align with recruitment goals
- Seek out and establish relationships with tools and vendors that meet our marketing objectives
- Create specific requirements for the product team to optimize marketing operations and improve candidate pre-screening
- Administer internal recruitment tools to effectively segment candidates for efficient recruitment operations
- Set up and maintain automated email flows to pre-screen candidates based on organizational needs
- Work in tandem with the Talent Acquisition team to devise engaging job descriptions and content that attract high-caliber talent and foster their engagement
- Investigate and apply AI-driven automation and optimization techniques in recruitment marketing
- Engage with stakeholders to determine AI applications, set success metrics, and develop KPIs
- Act as a connector between technical, marketing, and recruitment teams to facilitate smooth AI integration
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, recruitment marketing, or employer branding
- High proficiency in English, with superior writing and communication skills at a B2 level or above
- Skilled with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Skilled in content marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising
- Strong writing skills
- Competent in data analysis with tools like Excel and Power BI
- Comprehensive knowledge of candidate personas, recruitment funnels, and employer branding strategies
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a diverse team environment

- Previous experience with the deployment of AI tools to enhance recruitment and marketing initiatives
