Digital Fundraiser
«Save Ukraine» is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine dedicated to supporting families affected by war. Founded in 2014, our mission is to protect and uplift the most vulnerable, including orphans, children with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and victims of violence.
Our work includes family evacuations from frontline areas, organizing rescue missions to return forcibly deported children, and rebuilding lives through community collaboration. Save Ukraine unites dozens of organizations and hundreds of volunteers to make a tangible impact.
We are seeking a «Digital fundraising» to strengthen our fundraising efforts, foster donor relationships, and ensure the sustainability of our vital programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital fundraising strategies across online channels (social media, email campaigns, crowdfunding platforms).
- Launch and monitor online fundraising campaigns to engage donors and supporters.
- Create and adapt content (texts, visuals, videos) for various communication channels.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
- Identify new partnership opportunities with companies, platforms, and influencers.
- Build and maintain relationships with recurring donors through personalized approaches.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital fundraising.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or communications.
- Proficiency in online promotion tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems).
- Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Patreon, GoFundMe).
- Strong content creation skills (copywriting, basic design skills in Canva or Photoshop).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and assess ROI.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (for communication with international partners).
- Result-oriented mindset and a passion for working in the non-profit sector.
