The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and oversee influencer engagement campaigns on major social media platforms to promote crypto and casino projects. This role involves building strong partnerships with influencers, crafting creative content and strategies, and continuously optimizing and updating the company's marketplace (where any user can order the service).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations and finalize agreements with partners (influencers).
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for working with influencers, tailored to crypto and casino sectors.
• Establish collaborations, formulate offers, and manage ongoing relationships with key influencers.
• Coordinate content and engage in creative collaboration.
• Use analytical tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement levels, conversions, ROI).
• Stay informed of trends in influencer marketing, the casino industry, and cryptocurrency.
• Adhere to the company's workflow for collaborating with influencers.
• Identify, analyze, and engage relevant influencers on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram.
• Post offers on the marketplace on the company's website.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education (marketing, advertising, PR etc).
• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market and casino industry trends.
• Understanding of the functionality of YouTube, X, Instagram (optional), and Telegram, with experience in audience analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to negotiate partnership agreements.
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in crypto advertising agencies or casino projects.
• Knowledge of analytical tools for evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Proficiency with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., hyperauditor, Upfluence) for managing campaigns and tracking performance.
