Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) is looking for an Information Management Coordinator with a duty station in Kyiv, Ukraine, to strengthen its information management and undertake IM duties within the projects implemented by PAH. The IM Coordinator will harmonize the system of data collection, processing, storing and analysis by providing technical input and support on information management to field and other relevant teams as requested/required as well as by producing high-quality IM products for reporting and advocacy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop and continuously improve IM systems, including tools, forms and databases to effectively capture, store, and visualize data relevant for tracking project/program progress
- Ensure that IM systems are interoperable and compatible with MEAL systems, organizational, donor and cluster/sector reporting platforms
- Explore innovative means for capturing and using data, storing and managing information and documentation, and recommend tools and methodologies to improve organizational IM practices
- Conduct periodic data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, reliability and relevance of data/information, ensure that all sources of verification are cross-examined prior to reporting
- Produce and update information products such as dashboards, maps (GIS), reports, charts, infographics and other visual materials to support and improve project/program implementation and reporting
- Ensure timely and consistent responses to IM requests, and facilitate the use of IM outputs to inform decision-making and adaptive management
- Provide tailored training sessions and/or advice to IM Officers, other relevant staff and implementing partners to build their capacity in data collection, management and analysis
- Ensure the security of all stored and shared data/information in line with organizational policies and international standards (e.g. GDPR)
- Disseminate reports to clusters, donors and stakeholders as requested
- Under the supervision of the IM /MEAL Manager, develop and implement IM policies and procedures aligned with organizational and donor requirements
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Sociology, Statistics, Information Management, Information Systems, IT, or another relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in information management
- Demonstrated understanding of different data collection methodologies and experience in electronic data collection for humanitarian and/or development projects
- Demonstrated experience and skills in data analysis and visualization software such as PowerBI, GIS, Tableau, advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, functions, etc.)
- Strong understanding and experience in developing relational databases, handling and processing large datasets and data cleaning/validation processes.
- Ability to formulate IM-related technical requirements and Operating Procedures
- Experience with handling confidential data
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and interest in innovative solutions
- Professional proficiency in English.
