About the company
- Meta, Google, and TikTok agency that provides advertising accounts and services to its clients. The company is based in the Netherlands and serves clients all over the world.
What we offer
- Full time, fully remote position
- $4/hr rate, gradually increased to $6/hr within 12 months
Required skills
- Advanced English
- Facebook Ads / Business Manager experience
Would be a plus, but not required
- Customer Support experience
- Help Desk experience (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk or similar)
What you will do
- Assist customers about our platform and services via chat and email
- Help clients create and top up ad accounts, move balance, and issue refunds on our platform
- Help with Facebook Business Manager related questions
