Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and tech–savvy C–Level Executive Assistant with a strong background in Business, IT, or a tech–related field (in the future, COO) to support our executive team in achieving business objectives.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior leadership (C–suite Executives) as an Executive Assistant or relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager, IT Business Development Manager, ideally within an IT or FinTech company.

As a key sole assistant of our executive team, committed to excellence, you will support C–suite executives’ routine and key business and marketing initiatives, contributing to the company’s success.

- Desired Experience: Experience within the IT or FinTech industry.
- Educational backgrounds & degrees: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing and Management, Finance, International Management and Leadership, Strategic Finance and Business Analytics. BA is required, MBA will be preferred.
Job Details:
- Work policy: Remote, home-office job, full-time.
- Schedule: 5–day workweek (Plugged in from Mon. to Fri) with a flex start time between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM & core working hours between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Available via WhatsApp & Telegram after the core business hours (for urgent questions only).
- Weekend: Unplugged on Sat. & Sun.

Base Pay & Compensation:
- Base pay: starting at 36900 UAH and up to 50000 UAH (depends on experience and skills).
- Performance-based bonuses.

- Reimbursement for relevant courses in business management, international business, IT, and marketing (subject to approval by Senior Executives).
Holiday & Time Off Policy:
- Paid annual vacation: 20 business days (available after 11 months of employment, allocated as 10 days/2 weeks and 10 days/2 weeks).
- Paid Time Off in 2025: Easter holidays: 18.04.2025 (Fri.) & 21.04.2025 (Mon.), Christmas & New Year’s Holidays: 24.12.2025 (Wed.) —26.12.2025 (Fri.) and 31.12.2025 (Wed.) — 02.01.2026 (Fri.).
- Special Holiday Bonus: May be awarded two additional non-breakable holiday days during the festive season (December 24th, 2025 — January 2nd, 2026) as a bonus for dedication, commitment, & high achievements.
- Additional Time Off: 1 Friday off per month available after 3 months of employment (upon request).

- Providing high–level executive support, including project management, research and analysis, analytics, report writing, document drafting, and communication management for executive–led business initiatives.
- Supporting the execution of key business and marketing strategies.
- Making research and business outreach on behalf of CEO, CTO, COO.
- Nurturing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (potential & existing partners, investors, clients, niche influencers), addressing their inquiries, concerns, and escalations by initiating phone calls, virtual meetings, video conferences, and negotiations on behalf of the executives.
- Identifying and anticipating potential & key issues, analyzing the problems from scratch and proactively addressing them.
- Investigating and resolving the issues or complaints by coordinating with internal teams to address technical or service–related problems.

- Educational backgrounds & degrees: Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, International Business, Marketing and Management, Finance, International Management and Leadership, Strategic Finance and Business Analytics; BA is required / MA will be preferred / MBA is highly desired.
