About Us
Gen.Ukrainian is a non-governmental organization working at the intersection of social, educational, and psychological challenges related to childhood during wartime. We support children who have experienced severe trauma due to the loss of parents, captivity, forced deportation, or occupation through psychoeducational intensives, innovative rehabilitation programs, and scientific research.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for a researcher-analyst who:
Has experience in conducting social, educational, or psychological research.
Proficient in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
Able to work with large volumes of information and draw structured conclusions.
Skilled in writing analytical reports and recommendations.
Familiar with international standards and ethical principles of scientific research.
Ready to collaborate with partners, experts, research institutions, and international universities.
Experienced in creating and promoting research articles based on study results.
Fluent in Ukrainian and has a high level of spoken and business English.
Has a systematic approach, the ability to work with deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Willing to identify with the organization's mission and share its values.
Able to work independently while meeting deadlines and effectively engaging in teamwork.
What Will You Be Doing?
Conducting research on the impact of war on children, educational processes, and psychosocial adaptation.
Analyzing collected data and developing analytical conclusions.
Preparing reports, scientific articles, analytical summaries, and presentations.
Studying and summarizing international practices in supporting children affected by war.
Developing methodological recommendations for the organization's programs and projects.
Participating in meetings with partners, experts, and stakeholders.
Presenting research findings at internal and external events.
Work Format:
Part-time employment, with remote work flexibility.
In-office presence once a week for team meetings focused on work analysis and planning.
The first 3 months are a probationary period.
