About Us
Gen.Ukrainian is a non-governmental organization working at the intersection of social, educational, and psychological challenges related to childhood during wartime. We support children who have experienced severe trauma due to the loss of parents, captivity, forced deportation, or occupation through psychoeducational intensives, innovative rehabilitation programs, and scientific research.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating the research activities and managing the Gen.Camp program. The ideal candidate:
Has experience in project management within the public sector, educational, or research initiatives.
Possesses skills in strategic planning and resource management.
Able to build effective communication with partners, donors, researchers, and experts.
Has experience in writing grant applications and managing grant-funded projects.
Has analytical thinking skills and the ability to structure large volumes of information.
Ready to work in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
Has leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Fluent in Ukrainian (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written).
Has a systematic approach, the ability to work with deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Willing to identify with the organization's mission and share its values.
Ready for international business trips.
What Will You Be Doing?
Coordinating research activities, planning studies, and ensuring their implementation.
Managing the Gen.Camp program, ensuring its high-quality execution and development.
Organizing collaboration with researchers, educational institutions, and international partners.
Supervising the collection, analysis, and publication of data, ensuring scientific validity.
Preparing reports, presentations, and analytical materials for partners and donors.
Writing grant applications and reports on project implementation.
Managing a team of specialists working on research and rehabilitation programs.
Contributing to the development of new projects and initiatives within Gen.Ukrainian.
Work Format:
Full-time employment, in-office work (Kyiv).
Regular participation in team meetings and strategic sessions.
The first 3 months are a probationary period.
