Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic, agriculture or any other related course from a recognized University (preferred)
- At least two years’ relevant work experience
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Ms. Office, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, databases such as MySQL and data collection applications such as ODK, Kobo
- Valid certificate of good conduct
- A high level of organization and management skills
- Good oral, written, presentation& communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Thorough knowledge of support services systems, including planning, reporting, staff training
- Prior experience working in an NGO set up is an added advantage
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian values
- Experience working with NGOs will be an added advantage
- Must have a good understanding of the different systems of extension delivery

External Engagement:
- In coordination with the LER Technical Advisor, support to provide thought leadership on the consortium on LER and linkages it with other elements of the LER Sector and other sectors of the response strategy
- Actively participate in all Technical Working Streams and Project Implementation unit by providing WV inputs with quality and on team. Follow up all the protection actions raised in consortium accordingly
- Represent World Vision as the subject matter expert Focal Point for NFI and FSL
- Attend regularly the BHA Consortia TWS on WASH NFI and Shelter to represent the WV BHA project interventions and exchange learning and technical expertise with other BHA Consortia Implementing partners
Quality CP Design, Implementation of LER Technical Programme and Monitoring
- Support in implementation of the LER Technical Programme (Orientation to the TP, Prepare Technical Brief of the project models, quality benchmarks of the Project models)
- Update the LER, narrative and standard cost of the project models/ activities.
- Support to prepare the RCA, TOC and Logframe for LER new project design.
- Support in revision of the Projects
Livelihoods Project Support
- Support the development of technical tools and resources to guide livelihood initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments to inform and adjust livelihood activities based on emerging priorities and beneficiary feedback
- Assist in developing grant proposals and budgets for livelihood-related activities
- Promote the integration of innovative approaches and best practices into livelihood programming.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all livelihood project activities to demonstrate outcomes and accountability
- Ensure BHA project Shelter and WASH NFI distribution activities are running as per plan and budget and with good quality.
- Support BHA implementing partners to manage all aspects of the project cycle related to the distribution of NFI including planning, implementation and monitoring.
- Ensure all project documentation and reports related to Shelter and NFI on distributions are developed on time and with good quality
- Carryout regular field visits to ensure smooth implementation of BHA project activities and also that the partners are implementing as per WV guidelines
- Lead the monthly meetings with BHA implementing partners for the discussion of progress on the Shelter and WASH NFI intervention implementation
- Prepare briefing papers/project updates for BHA periodic review meetings. Compile project beneficiary case studies when required
- Support the Chief of Party to ensure grant/project expenses for NFI activities are reasonable, allocated as per assigned budget, prudent and spent in accordance with donor rules and regulations to ensure low risk audits
Monitoring and Reporting
- Coordinate field-level activities, ensuring alignment with project indicators and timelines
- Support the preparation of detailed reports for stakeholders and donors
- Consolidate monthly plans (BHA project direct focus) to ensure implementation and share updates on work progress against the plans
- Coordinate with BHA implementing partners for timely submission of the narrative reports, review of the reports to ensure it meets the quality assurance requirements
- Identify the system needs and issues for implementing the program
- Ensure all FSL, WASH and S-NFI intervention plans are reflected and regularly reported in the respective cluster Activity Info pages per the standard
- Coordinate and monitor high-quality LER programming throughout the response, in collaboration with the technical team, field staff, and program managers
- Monitor LER activities for quality assurance and lessons-learnt for on- going adaptation and improvement of the activities.
Stakeholder Coordination and Capacity Building
- Act as a liaison between the LER Technical Advisor, partners, local authorities, and community organizations
- Support capacity-building initiatives for staff and partners
- Represent WV Ukraine in cluster meetings and other external forums as directed
- Strengthened partnerships and improved technical capacity for project implementation
Faith & Development Focal point
- Support in integrating F&D component in the project design
- Support Technical Sector lead to prepare reports on F&D projects
