Partnership & Mobilization Associate
The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN organization that contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. The UNV Field Unit (FU) in Ukraine is mainly accountable for the mobilization and placement of UN Volunteers in UN Agencies, Funds, and Programs focused on emergency response to the war in Ukraine, development, and humanitarian needs.
The Partnership & Mobilization Associate works to support the efforts of the Country Coordinator on increase of UN Volunteer volume in-country, ensure efficient and timely programme operations (financial, procurement, volunteer management support, etc.), assist with duty of care and satisfaction of the UN Volunteers.
Requirements for candidates:
- At least 7 years of overall and at least 2 years of relevant; experience with UNV is an asset, as is experience working in the UN or other international development organization;
- Other desired/mandatory required technical knowledge;
- Excellent oral and written skills; excellent drafting, formulation, reporting skills;
- Accuracy and professionalism in document production and editing;
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business studies, management or relevant field.

- Monthly Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) (equivalent in UAH according to official UN Exchange Rate): USD 2,076
