Representative office (Ukraine, Kyiv) of a German global technology company is looking for the COO.The vacancy involves frequent business trips abroad therefore it is relevant to demobilized veterans or ladies who have relevant managements expertise in technological/defence/telecommunications/high-tech product/infrastructure protection industry.
Areas of responsibility:
- Day to day operational management of the Representative Office
- Implementation of business development plan, reporting;
- Budgeting/monitoring of financial indicators
- HR policy, team development, performance management (KPI);
- Personnel Management of the local staff as well as foresighted planning of activities and resources;
- Management of the company assets
- Contractual activity
- Finance and tax supervision;
- Implementation and observation of all company directives, standards and processes for the Representation Office/Branch office and the local employees
- Coordination of the planning, implementation and development of the new business unit for the service and maintenance.
Competencies:
- Higher education in the field of management, economics or jurisprudence
- English C1
- Not less than 3 years of work experience in business operations and/or project management (in the defense industry/telecommunications/high-tech product for infrastructure protection!
- Confirmed practical experience of the implementation and development of the new business unit
- Project management experience on a day-to-day basis (as an acter/doer) in the defence industry/support organizations
- Design, implementation and optimization of business processes
- Excellent communication and team leading skills
- Strong negotiations and presentations skills
- Structured and system-oriented mindset, meticulousness, result orientation
