Are you a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and fluent English? WebIdeas Partners, a Los Angeles-based internet venture and investment company with operations in Kyiv, is looking for a talented Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support our American CEO in growing our Kyiv office.
This is a dynamic, full-time office-based role (not remote) offering career growth, flexibility, and the opportunity to directly impact innovative e-commerce ventures.
What You'll Do
- Executive Support: Be the right hand to the CEO, managing schedules, correspondence, and key documents.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including purchasing equipment and supplies.
- Project Administration: Handle admin tasks for ongoing projects and prepare spreadsheets and reports.
- Event Coordination: Organize business meetings, conferences, and events.
- Travel Planning: Arrange business trips, book tickets, and manage accommodations.
- Research & Problem Solving: Conduct research and handle ad hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Language: Fluent in English (B2 or higher; C1 preferred).
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Mindset: Flexible, reliable, and proactive with a knack for solving problems and staying a step ahead.
- Experience: no experience necessary, we will train.
