OMNICORE — product and service eCommerce company that specializes in the creation, development and management of Internet business for retailers and manufacturers of goods in the categories of clothing, footwear, accessories.

Our main projects are md-fashion.com.ua, ultra-shop.com, saks85.com, ua.puma.com, adidas.ua, adidas.kz, frgroup.kz.

We are looking for a Head of Technical Support to join our team.

QUALIFICATION:
- at least 3+ years of experience as Head/Team Lead/tech-IT PM of a team with 5+ specialists;
- Strong JIRA/ServiceDesc (reporting, automations, access management, integration) management knowledge; 
- Experience in analytics and reporting for ServiceDesk team, for stakeholders, keep KPIs;
- creating a knowledge base for the support team and maintain it;
- English - at least B1.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL BACKGROUND (to manage processes and communicate with the team in the same technical language):
- maintenance of Web resources (eCommerce & Online Service) and integration interaction with third-party systems (delivery, data, payments);
- confident *unix-user (we use Linux);
- PostgreSql, MySQL (ability to read/make a queries);
- MongoDB, Elastic (ability to read/make a queries);
- interservice interaction REST/SOAP;
- ELK, Grafana, GreyLOG, Open Search (one of);
- knowledge of basic principles of architecture of Web solutions (applications & services) and operations of network protocols.

AS A PLUS:
- knowledge of programming language: Bash, Python or Go for automatization specialists’ work.

Soft Skills: 
Communication, people management, responsibility, systems thinking, attention to detail, focus on results, and ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- ensure the effective functioning of Support Team (4+ team members);
- organization and calibration of internal and external processes;
- coordination of support engineers, collection and provision of key performance indicators.

Type of work - full time, remote or from coworking in Kyiv.
